She has lived in Clermont, Groveland, and now lives in Mount Dora with her husband, daughter, and fur babies. As a former educator with Lake County Schools, she brings passion for serving you, your family, and our community; determination for reaching your goals, and a desire to make your home buying or selling process as stress-free as possible. Kate specializes in meeting the client where they’re at in the process and understands that her role is to work at your pace and to get the job done.
