MUD AdvantageSM allows active and retired military buyers to lock in newly constructed homes prior to them hitting the open market. Working with Proposed Properties and its strategic partners, a network of builders producing homes in Military Urban Development (MUDSM) Zones will allow buyers to earmark one of their in-production homes months before marketing to the general public. Additionally, military buyers receive up to a $5000 discount.
