When you contact us, we receive the name, email address, optional phone number, project details, and message you submit. Your selected inquiry type helps us understand your request. Please do not submit identity documents, account numbers, or sensitive financial information through this form.
How we use inquiries
We use the information to respond, discuss service and location fit, and follow up about your project. Submitting an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to a mailing list or SMS marketing. Project information may be discussed with the team members involved in handling your request.
Website security and service providers
Our website and hosting systems may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request times, and error or security logs. Cloudflare provides website security and Turnstile spam protection; its services process technical information to help distinguish legitimate activity from automated abuse. Inquiries are handled through WordPress and delivered through our configured email service. Email providers, hosting systems, and delivery logs may retain correspondence and related technical records. Our spam controls also use a short-lived, non-readable sender identifier to limit repeated submissions.
Cookies and browser features
Security services and WordPress account functions may use cookies or related browser features. Your browser may also retain ordinary history or offer autofill. You can manage browser settings, although disabling required scripts or security features may prevent the inquiry form from working.
Retention and requests
Retention depends on correspondence, email and backup systems, operational needs, and applicable obligations. Contact us to ask about information we hold, request a correction, or request deletion. We will review the request and any applicable retention requirements.
