BIO
I began my real estate career in 1986. I had worked as an accountant for General Foods, now Kraft, from 1977-1986. I began investing in apartment building in 1980 and discovered that a career path in real estate offered a myriad of opportunities. I have Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Illinois, which has assisted me throughout my real estate endeavors both as a broker and an investor.

I moved to Burr Ridge in 1992 and have lived in there since.  I worked in the LaGrange market from 1994 -1998 and began with Baird & Warner in Downers Grove in 1999.
In that year, I added general contractor to my experiences. I built several luxury homes in Downers Grove, Westmont, Naperville and Lombard. This gives me a unique insight to understand and  present high end homes as a real estate broker.
I have consistently performed in the top 2% of the 2000 Baird & Warner agents over the last 10 years, and in the top 1% in the last 3 years. During the last 2 years I have sold 125 homes for a total of $33 million.
Starting in 2010, I have appeared on a monthly radio show at WJOL AM 1340.  This gives me a platform to promote my listings and real estate skills to another audience.
I take a consultative approach in helping my seller and buyer clients to reach the most effective and efficient options available for meeting their goals and expectations. I focus on designing innovative marketing plans that yield the greatest price the market will offer. I utilize my vast knowledge of the real estate marketplace to help families and individuals buy homes, sell homes, and take care of the details of their relocation.
My top priority is my commitment to my clients.
